Lightweight Concrete is ideal for rehabilitation.
Of reduced density (900 kg / m3, 1100 kg / m3 and 1300kg / m3, against 2200kg / m3 for a "classic" concrete) this concrete is particularly suitable for the restoration of a floor often requiring the use of a material. limiting overloads.
It is composed of calibrated expanded polystyrene balls, treated according to a patented technique which in addition to their low weight give it the qualities of thermal insulation.
In association with sound insulation, it complies with the New Acoustic Regulations (NRA).
Implementation
The building must be closed and covered, glazing installed.
The product is implemented on thick polyane film.
The applicator uses adjustable rod gauges for leveling concrete, as well as a laser leveling device to adjust the level of the gauges.
Then the operator regularly moves the mortar outlet pipe over the entire surface to be covered so that the screed is flush with the adjustment rods of the tripods.
