Raising screed
Raising screed
The product is a fluid cement-based mortar, prepared in the production unit and delivered to the site in a mixer truck.
The method is intended to guarantee leveling and an imposed flatness for the installation of insulating underlays and for the implementation of a screed.
This process makes it possible to flood the plumbing pipes and electrical ducts, to compensate for differences in the level of the support, while making it possible to achieve the flatness at the desired coast in new or renovation work, in adherent or detached installation.
This process must be covered by a screed.

The building must be out of water and out of air.
The pipes are fixed beforehand by the plumber - the electrician.
The sheaths must not cross.
The applicator uses adjustable rod gauges for leveling the clevis, as well as a laser leveling device to adjust the level of the gauges.
Then the operator regularly moves the mortar outlet pipe over the entire surface to be covered so that the screed is flush with the adjustment rods of the tripods.
Quick drying 24 to 36 hours.
